   I felt I should take a few minutes to thank you for the excellent job you did in getting my barn completed.    I keep getting compliments and comments about the high quality and workmanship that went into the building.  These are from people that have barns that they compare to yours, or people that came in to do the concrete work and build my workshop.  Some key points that earned you my highest recommendation are:

1)  The guidelines you explained to me to make sure that the building site would   be on firm footing since it was just recently compacted and leveled

2)  The skill and knowledge of the crew that constructed the barn was apparent and their attention to detail assured a sound finishing building.

3)  The patience and cooperation of you and the crew when I requested changes and modifications after we were already started

   I now enjoy the time I can spend woodworking in my workshop and we have plenty of space to store all of our equipment.  The doors, windows and all the hardware all work properly and we have not had any problems that normally come with new construction.

    Seven years ago, Bilt Rite Buildings built a 3 horse metal pole barn with a central exercise area, tack room, wash bay and hay storage that we roughly designed and Ralph Twellman drafted the details. Ralph also monitored the project and assured the quality of the work.  He followed up to check on our satisfaction after the barn was in use.  The barn was built on time and in a short period.  The cost was significantly less than a quote from a leading national metal building company. 

    Three years later, we had Bilt Rite build equipment shed for a tractor, horse trailer and mowers that matched the barn.  Again Bilt Rite was cost effective, timely and concerned with our satisfaction.
